Manage pipeline effectively to ensure sustained growth. Consistently meet sales targets by taking ownership of a market segment and adopting an entrepreneurial approach. + Effectively manage the sales pipeline to ensure sustained growth, and achieve quarterly and year-over-year (YoY) growth targets for key partners, taking ownership of a market segment and adopting an entrepreneurial approach. + Develop strategic insights, identify opportunities, and provide performance reporting through Quarterly Business Reviews and Joint Business Plans.* Client Engagement & Market Expertise: + Identify, prioritise, and secure business opportunities in the Retail & Lifestyle sector through market analysis. Create client centric presentations by integrating market trends, creative insights, campaign analysis, and case studies. + Articulate the value proposition of Snapchat to help clients achieve their marketing and business objectives. + Cultivate and maintain a valuable network of relationships with media and creative agencies. + Own reporting and stakeholder management for partners.* Product Knowledge: + Develop a deep, customer-centric understanding of Snapchat's product suite. + Maintain expertise on Snapchat products and ongoing developments. + Create and coordinate optimal sales propositions and practices for client interaction, adapting to platform, market, and ad product innovations.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:* A proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales and commercial goals, within a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment* Relationships with key Retail & Lifestyle clients and their media and creative agencies, alongside extensive knowledge of, and strong relationships with, senior marketing executives.* Passion for Snap Inc. products and marketing* Extensive knowledge of brand and performance based marketing including industry trends, measurement and attribution approaches, and competitive product knowledge* Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to build trust with C-level clients by understanding their business needs and tailoring communications* Ability to win the support and trust of internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and support teams, and advocate for retail brands internally* A team-first approach and commitment to developing the skills and careers of less experienced team membersMinimum qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred* 10+ years of marketing, brand/Performance advertising, media sales and/or online advertising/agency experienceIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some ."Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration.
