Job Description Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands Salary / Benefits: £22k – £35k + Training + Benefits Future Select specialise in recruitment within the Asbestos industry. We are working closely with a leading player in the industry who are looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor to join their team in the Midlands region. You will cover Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing, Healthcare and Public Sector sites, undertaking the full range of surveying services in line with HSG 264 guidelines. Experience carrying out Project Management duties would be beneficial to the role. For the successful candidate, the client can offer training into other environmental sectors, excellent holiday allowance, competitive salary, and company vehicle. Consideration will be given to candidates from: West Bromwich, Birmingham, Royal Leamington Spa, Solihull, Kidderminster, Ludlow, Stourbridge, Telford, Shrewsbury, Stafford, Burton upon Trent, Lichfield, Coalville, Tamworth, Loughborough, Derby, Leicester, Market Harborough, Corby, Coventry. Experience & Qualifications Hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent Experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy Fully conversant with HSG 264 guidelines Confident in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems Ideally have experience in Project Management duties The Role Work across Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing, and Public Sector sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys Carry out reinspection surveys upon completion of work Correctly bag and sample suspected ACMs Conduct work in line with HSG 264 guidelines Use TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports Liaise with clients professionally, providing excellent support and advice We are also interested in anyone with p401/p402/p403/p404/p404 or S301/CCP.
