The post holder will work closely with the internal delivery teams to capture and report essential information to manage operational targets and objectives and efficiencies. The gathered information will ensure that all stocklists are completed and reported in a timely manner. The role will require interaction with the planning team, build teams and external clients so excellent Soft Skills and a professional manner will always be required.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
Download and interpret job specific information from external client reporting system to internal database ready for survey and plan
Conduct geographical, network and financial validation on all incoming works prior to programming for survey, using results to form a pre-survey pack suitable for a field surveyor
communicate with all managing agents/site contacts to retrieve health and safety documents and book in appointment for survey
ensure surveyor calendar is programmed efficiently to suit delivery of agreed targets
provide first line support for access, revisits and asbestos related queries both surveyors and planners
Full management of surveyor diary, including taking corrective action for failed works, ensuring tasks are reprogrammed and feedback is provided where necessary
Manage accordingly against set targets, and flag any risk of failure in a constructive and timely manner
support department and senior administrator with ad-hoc tasks when required
Monitor and Process time sheets

**Skills & Qualifications required**:
Excellent communication skills / Romanian as a second language
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Organised, professional and proactive approach to work
Ability to work alone as well as in a strong team environment
A high level of diplomacy and a customer focused approach to tasks
Excellent time-management skills
Flexible approach and positive attitude to work
