They’re looking for someone with solid FMCG warehousing experience; if that comes from within manufacturing, with knowledge of raw materials in and finished goods out, even better. This is a very hands‑on, operational role where being present on the warehouse floor is just as important as leading your team. When someone's off, you’ll step in. When there’s a challenge, you’re on it. Our client needs someone who thrives in that kind of environment. About the Role As Warehouse Supervisor, your priority is the safety of your team along with the smooth running of your shift. Your focus areas will include: Fostering and maintaining a safety‑first culture across the warehouse team. Supporting the production team with lineside/on‑time deliveries. Conducting one‑to‑ones. Absence management. Holiday management. Incident investigation.Overseeing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality. Being a kind of leader who isn’t afraid to jump in and support the team when it’s needed most. There will be opportunities to get involved in continuous improvement projects, waste‑management exercises, and bring your own ideas to the table. What Our Client Is Looking For Previous experience in a warehouse role, with some leadership experience (this can be the next step up for you). A hands‑on approach with an operational mindset. A genuine enjoyment of being on the warehouse floor and working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with their team. A passion for safety, structure, and people development. Confidence managing continuous improvement initiatives and familiarity with SOPs and FLT operations. Why This Role?
