OverviewJoin to apply for the Strategic Account Executive role at Smartsheet.Smartsheet is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our Strategic Accounts team in the Large Enterprise organization. You will play a leadership role in executing our Strategic Accounts sales strategy to rapidly expand a small set of Global 2000 accounts and will report to the Regional Director of Large Enterprise - EMEA.You Will (Responsibilities)Exceed quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas by driving expansion sales within a territory of strategic, high-value accountsHave expertise in using tools to gain account insights and deliver prospecting messages (e.g. Tableau, Marketo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav)Lead a full account team (Sales Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales Development) to develop messaging and execute prospecting plans in line with an overall account visionDevelop short and long-term growth and renewal strategies across your customer baseCreate effortless buying experiences for your customers and turn change agents into championsBe an expert in finding and surfacing customer pain points and leading the creation of solutions to solve this painLeverage internal stakeholders for maximum impact across the sales cycleExecute complex, high-value solution-based sales processesDeep project management expertise to execute deals with precision (identify risk to the plan, anticipate risks, hold customers to account, communicate clearly)Maintain clean sales hygiene with all relevant systems updated weekly (SFDC, Smartsheet, etc)Perform other duties as assignedYou Have (Qualifications)Demonstrated enterprise sales success, with a track record of exceeding assigned quotas and recognition for high performance7+ years of experience selling enterprise software, preferably emerging SaaS solutionsDemonstrable experience building relationships with Global 2000 senior executives and operational managersProven ability to manage a large and diverse pipeline of sales opportunitiesProven experience in developing successful go-to-market strategiesDemonstrable experience executing complex, solution-based strategic sales processesExperience working in a fast-paced, evolving, high-growth companyLeverage MEDDIC & Challenger Sale to identify and mitigate risksComfort in ambiguity with the ability to translate complexity into clarityHigh humility with a mindset of continuous improvementCurious, creative and able to respectfully challengeExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a collaborative environmentMotivate and lead to embody Smartsheet’s core values with grit and urgencyExceptional storytelling with the ability to create compelling narrativesAbility to apply industry experience to bring a data-driven perspectiveLegally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basisPerks & BenefitsEmployer-paid Private Medical and Dental, with option for family membersMonthly contributions toward your pensionMonthly stipend to support your work and productivity25 days paid holiday + bank holidays + Flexible Time Away20 weeks fully paid Maternity Leave12 weeks fully paid Paternity/Adoption LeavePersonal paid Volunteer Day to support the communityOpportunities for professional growth including access to Udemy online coursesCompany-funded perks including counseling membership and salary sacrifice optionsTeleworking options from any registered location in the UK (role-specific)Get To Know UsAt Smartsheet, your ideas are heard, your potential is supported, and your contributions have real impact.
