Explore more at www.mastercontrol.com.SummaryAs an Enterprise Account Manager focused on life‑sciences manufacturing, you’ll expand MasterControl’s footprint across current pharma,biotech and CDMO customers. Your mission: turn wins into enterprise‑wide transformation. You’ll deepen ties in global manufacturing networks, growsite‑by‑site adoption, cross‑sell our MES, QMS, AI and analytics offerings, and prove measurable business value from MasterControl platform investment.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate in an Enterprise Pod with anEnterprise Account Executive to close new and expansion deals.Drive site‑by‑site expansion of MasterControl solutions across existing enterprise customers in pharma, biotech,MedTech and CDMO strata.Uncover new growth opportunities by spotlighting the related MES and all other modules.Partner with executives and site leaders to shape and execute digital‑manufacturing roadmaps.Lead quarterly business reviews (QBR) that highlight ROI, adoption success and performance metrics to justify expansion.Work with Customer Success and Professional Services to translate outcomes into momentum for expansion.Provide full visibility into expansion and upsell pipeline while keeping accurate forecast for renewals and growth.Track progress by key expansion metrics such as site activation, module adoption and customer lifetime value.Utilize data & analytics to craft business cases that show operational and compliance gains for additional sites or modules.Act as trusted advisor guiding customers from digit‑to‑oper‑excellence concept to execution.Participate in high‑impact relationship‑building programs – VIP events, executive roundtables, prospect outreach, invitations, content and follow‑up.Cross‑Functional CollaborationCo‑work with Solution Consultants, product management and marketing to promote next‑gen AI insights,connected shop‑floor and analytics.Sync with Enterprise Sales on strategic account plans ensuring smooth coordination across new and expansion work in Salesforce.Co‑design personalized, 1:1 account‑based tactics that match each account’s distinct needs.Deploy marketing toolkit – content, tactics and campaigns for customised outbound motions guided by deep account knowledge and buying‑group dynamics.Share regular pipeline and feedback reviews with marketing for insight, program optimisation and joint alignment.Preferred Skills7+yo yrs of enterprise account or sales in life‑sciences software, mainly MES/manufacturing systems.Data‑driven communicator who quantifies value via analytics and KPIs.Creator of customer engagement moments e.g. QBRs, dinners, high‑level stakeholder events.Large‑matrix global accounts managing multi‑unit or site handles.Deep grasp of pharma med‑processes, batch manufacturing, compliance, production effi‑, and data visibility.Track record for penetrating enterprise accounts via multi‑site expansion and product, upsell and cross‑sell to existing sites.Continuous learner who rides at digital‑transformation frontier in life‑sciences.Executive presence capable of C‑level dialogue in manufacturing QA/RA IT domains.Strategic, relationship‑driven hub that balances quick wins with long‑term account growth.Familiar with MES/ERP digital‑manufacturing platforms, other GxP like QMS, LIMS and cloud‑adoption models.Will work non‑standard hours occasionally when needed.Operates at a desk for extended periods. #J-18808-Ljbffr
