Role Overview The Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships across vendors and customers. This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to achieving sales targets and driving customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly and annual gross profit targets. Develop a strong understanding of all assigned accounts and create tailored growth plans. Continuously identify and pursue new prospects within key markets and technologies. Build effective working relationships across internal teams to support collaboration. Support vendor- and commercially-led initiatives where required. Actively engage in training and development opportunities provided by the business and partners. Work closely with management to meet personal and professional objectives. Develop short-, medium-, and long-term business plans aligned with company goals. Maintain an organised and structured approach to account management. Meet all KPIs and performance metrics associated with the role. Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value proposition of the enterprise technology offering. Key Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the technology sector. Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions such as server, storage, and infrastructure products. Ability to build and sustain long-term customer and vendor relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities. Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making. Why Join This Organisation?
