Engineering Manager

DescriptionWere looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of 58 Platform Engineers in a growing tech-led organisation where our engineering teams help drive our mission. Youll bring a strong technical foundation ideally in DevOps Platform or backend and while hands-on work is minimal youll need to speak the language of engineers and understand how they think and build.This role blends line management stakeholder engagement and strategic delivery. Youll work closely with our Director of Cloud Engineering and proactively seek out requirements across teams balancing strong technical opinions with business needs. Our engineers are passionate about what they do and create your job is to channel that energy into impact.We work in a lean agile incremental way. Were looking for someone who is pragmatic objective and focused on using the right tool for the right job. Youll help the team stay motivated manage tech debt thoughtfully and keep sight of the bigger picture as we scale.
