Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: As Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll support the delivery of our pastry offering across plated desserts, and baked goods. Working closely with the Head Pastry Chef, you’ll take ownership of your section, maintaining high standards of preparation, consistency, and presentation. Who we are looking for: 5 years’ experience in a pastry role within a high-end or luxury kitchen Strong foundational skills in classic pastry techniques with a willingness to learn contemporary methods Good understanding of production planning, kitchen hygiene Methodical, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering consistently high-quality results What’s in it for you?
