Job Title: Customer Experience Advisor Company: Flogas Britain Salary: £26,229.09 + Enhanced OT + Monthly Bonus Contract Type: Permanent – Monday to Friday (1 in 4 Saturdays) Location Type: Hybrid – 2 Days Office / 3 Days Home Responsibilities You’ll do energy right by all your customers, whether you’re helping set up a new account in double quick time for a mother with a newborn or delivering innovative energy solutions for a national chain of retail stores. As a Customer Experience Advisor with Flogas, you’ll take responsibility for finding answers to every query and solutions to every challenge so that hundreds and thousands of homes and businesses across the UK have the energy they need, when they need it. From deliveries to pricing, you’ll be an expert advisor and a talented negotiator who gets things sorted in double quick time, no matter how busy it gets. And through it all, you’ll do right by your team, too, supporting them, just like they’ll support you.
