You will advise private investment fund sponsors on all aspects of the structuring and operation of alternative investment funds across a variety of strategies and asset classes. Advise on the establishment, structuring and operation of alternative investment funds, and broad range of related transactions, including fund restructurings, GP-led transactions, co-investment arrangements, spin-outs, joint ventures and management company transactions.
