They are renowned for their comprehensive suite of Fund Services, and they consistently prioritise client satisfaction and regulatory compliance in their endeavours.Job DescriptionFund Operations Senior Associate, City of London, £50-55kService OnboardingWork with the Head of Fund Administration and the Client Service team to manage the onboarding of new Fund Administration services, for new and existing clients.Develop and manage relationships with asset manager clients.Handle enquiries and instructions from clients, investors and financial intermediaries.Ensure service issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.Provide support to customers using online portal and platform systems.Fund AdministrationCarry out administrative tasks, including investor onboarding and application processing.Process instructions from our clients and investors, including cash and asset transactions.Produce and distribute investor correspondence and reporting.Ensure work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.People DevelopmentSupport and train junior members of the team and help them manage their workload.Develop members of the team by mentoring them and helping them achieve their objectives.Data ManagementEnsure the accuracy of new and existing records you are responsible for.Cleanse and reconcile data as required.SystemAssist with the maintenance and improvement of the Firm's proprietary fund services system and associated database.Other ExpectationsCultivate and maintain a client/customer centric culture through the way you work and the service you provide.Embrace change and continuously improve processes and functions.Assume ownership of the tasks and responsibilities you are assigned.Work closely with and support your colleagues to collectively achieve success.Take responsibility for your personal development by setting goals and improving your skills and knowledge on an ongoing basis.Motivate yourself and those around you.The Successful ApplicantA successful Fund Operations Senior Associate should have:A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.Proven experience in fund operations within the fund services industry, ideally Venture Capital.Investor onboarding experience.AML experience within a Fund Administrator is essential.CASS experience is essential.Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.An understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial services sector.Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team objectives.What's on OfferFund Operations Senior AssociateA competitive salary range of £50,000 - £55,000.Company culture that values collaboration and professional growth.Generous holiday leave.Opportunity to work within a leading financial services organisation.This role presents an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in fund services.
