You will work closely with our Microsoft technology teams (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure) to deliver robust, scalable applications and intelligent solutions.Reporting to the Project Manager Lead, you’ll take a hands-on approach to delivery, managing development teams using Scrum, driving best practices, and ensuring successful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Agile software development projects across UK Government clientsManage and mentor cross-functional development teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality outputUse Azure DevOps for sprint planning, backlog management, release tracking, and reportingEnsure full delivery governance, including RAID, financial tracking, milestones, and project controlsWork closely with Microsoft technology teams across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AzureEngage confidently with stakeholders across Central Government departments and non-departmental bodiesEnsure alignment with GDS phases, assessments, and service standardsDrive continuous improvement in Agile ways of working and team performanceCollaborate with the Project Manager Lead to ensure seamless reporting, risk management, and delivery excellenceMandatory Requirements3–4+ years’ strong UK Government project experienceExtensive experience leading and managing development teamsStrong background in application development and software deliveryWorked directly for suppliers/consultancies delivering to Government clientsExperience working with Azure DevOps for development and delivery workflowExperience with GDS phases, service standards, and assessmentsAbility to run end-to-end project governance: RAID, financials, planning, metrics, reportingEligible for BPSS clearance (to be completed post-contract award)Delivery experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AzureSoft SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident leadership and structured decision-makingCollaborative team mindset with strong relationship-building skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailAbility to translate technical detail into clear business languageCompetitive day rate based on experienceSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation Technology and Project ManagementIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ceox Services Ltd by 2xGet notified about new Delivery Manager jobs in Guildford, England, United Kingdom. #J-18808-Ljbffr
