A growing Microsoft-focused digital consultancy is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of software development projects. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who’s as comfortable managing complex technical projects as they are engaging with customers and delivery teams. Role: Senior Delivery Manager Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 per annum Location: Guildford – Hybrid (2 days per week onsite) What you’ll be doing: Lead the delivery of software and digital transformation projects in an Agile environment Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and technical resources across multiple concurrent projects Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure-based solutions Engage directly with clients to define requirements, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional outcomes Support and coach junior team members, promoting Agile best practices across delivery teams Contribute to solution design, estimation, and bid responses for new business opportunities Drive continuous improvement across project processes and delivery frameworks What you’ll need: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Senior Delivery Manager Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure Hands-on experience delivering Agile software development projects Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills Experience producing project estimates, proposals, and tender responses A methodical and delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail What’s on offer: Salary £90,000 - £100,000 per annum Hybrid working – 2 days per week in Guildford office Opportunity to work on AI-driven and automation-focused Microsoft projects Collaborative, low-ego environment with clear scope for growth Exposure to public sector digital transformation and enterprise-scale delivery Profit share scheme If you’re a technical delivery leader who enjoys managing complex software projects while staying close to the technology, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing consultancy working at the forefront of Microsoft innovation.
