Directorate manager for Urgent and Emergency Care Join to apply for the Directorate manager for Urgent and Emergency Care role at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS FT Band 8B – 37.5 Hours per week Main duties of the job Responsible for continually improving the quality of services to patients, and redesigning services to meet best practice standards. Visible leader and provide direction to the services within portfolio, working in collaboration with clinical lead and matron lead colleagues, as well as other directorate manager colleagues from across the trust. Responsible and accountable for the overall management of the services within the directorate. Develop the strategy for the directorate, playing a key role in identifying opportunities for innovation and modernisation and leading programmes of transformation. Responsible for the delivery of all directorate objectives and performance targets, across all 4 quadrants of People, Quality, Operational Performance and Finance, ensuring the service we offer to patients is of the highest quality, safety and efficiency. Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust serves a community of 250,000 people across Tameside & Glossop.
