Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Primary

Your Role Will Include
• Delivering pre-planned lessons to whole classes in the teacher’s absence
• Providing targeted support for SEND learners and adapting resources
• Leading interventions and small-group learning sessions
• Collaborating closely with class teachers on planning and assessment
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
What We’re Looking For
• HLTA status or substantial TA experience with confidence to lead learning
• Experience across multiple primary phases (EYFS–KS2)
• Excellent communication, behaviour management, and organisational skills
• A flexible, proactive, and child-centred approach
• Passion for helping all pupils achieve their potential
