They’ll be a superb communicator and multi‑tasker; someone who is able to break down and execute on complicated projects end‑to‑end. They demonstrate good judgement when selecting methods to drive results, are always seeking ways to simplify, and are a subject matter expert when it comes to creating an impact and driving positive connections with content. You’ll be analytical with a problem‑solving mindset, along with being a resourceful self‑starter. This experience will build a strong foundation to learn and build skills to support a growing, evolving company in a fast‑paced environment. This role will be the liaison between Marketing, SDR, and Sales teams. They are responsible for making sure content and messaging is consistent and effective. They will partner cross‑functionally on new content and messaging rollouts while building scalable and repeatable processes. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in developing a variety of content assets like sequences, prospecting emails while leveraging promotional assets like landing pages, social media posts, and other content created by Marketing. They will be self‑motivated, highly organized and have demonstrated high performance on strategy, creation and execution in their previous professional experience. This role will work cross‑functionally, which requires excellent stakeholder management, teamwork, and robust communication. Job Responsibilities Collaborate across a diverse group of marketing, sales, product stakeholders to produce relevant and informational content around our technology platform. Regularly analyze and audit content to assess current performance and identify gaps and future content needs for scalability. Track adoption of sequences & campaigns and use data to measure its success. Utilize Outreach to understand organic traffic trends, optimize content for popular or targeted keywords, and increase traffic to our messaging. Ensure adoption and retention of enablement programs and learning modules and measure their effectiveness. Run weekly or biweekly 1:1s with your key stakeholders. Find more impactful ways to generate the right connections with the right people. Connect with big thought leaders on Outreach, LinkedIn, etc. to uplevel our content. Develop campaigns & manage event content for SDR team that align with marketing goals and track within Outreach and Salesforce. Demonstrate ability to move quickly and efficiently, fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines. Work in office 3x per week to align with hub teams; traveling to additional offices when necessary. Knowledge and Experience 2+ years in Sales or Marketing Fluent in English, both verbally and written Excellent organization and planning skills, ability to manage complex processes and timelines with a multitude of teams and stakeholders Ability to confidently work on or lead cross‑functional teams Great communicator with proven ability to clearly convey ideas and data in written and verbal presentations to a variety of audiences Affinity with software and B2B audiences, ability to develop knowledge and expertise needed for content planning and creation.
