Do you want to develop your leadership skills? Responsibilities Support the Operational Manager in delivering assessment and intervention for the MHST caseload. Work alongside the Operational Manager to manage and further develop the CAMHS MHST working to an agreed model. Deputise for the Operational Manager when required. Provide a safe, effective and therapeutic clinical team ensuring the delivery of current presentation and advising young people and families waiting for assessment / intervention. Contribute to the development of community mental health service provision across the wider service. Develop and implement a robust performance management system for the team. Line‑manage, supervise and appraise team colleagues. Collaborate with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure responsive and appropriate service delivery to users and carers. Qualifications Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologist, Family Therapist or Psychotherapist. Experience leading a clinical team within a child and adolescent mental health setting. Strong organisational and operational management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
