About the Function About the Function : As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Onclusive you will be at the frontline of our sales team responsible for opening doors, building relationships and creating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. Your focus will be on engaging senior PR & Communications leaders, understanding their challenges and sparking interest in how the Onclusive portfolio can help them achieve their goals. This role requires high energy, resilience and curiosity. You will research accounts, reach out to prospects and run initial discovery conversations that set the stage for successful deals. Job Responsibilities Prospect & Research – Identify target accounts and decision‑makers in the PR, Communications and Marketing space. Outbound Engagement – Run multi‑channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate interest and secure meetings. Qualify Leads – Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and determine fit using sales qualification frameworks. Book & Handoff Meetings – Schedule sales‑qualified meetings for Account Executives ensuring smooth handovers and strong first impressions. Collaborate – Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing and Solutions Consultants to maximise conversion from campaigns, events and inbound leads. Maintain CRM Discipline – Keep Salesforce updated with accurate records of outreach conversations and pipeline progress. Represent Onclusive – Clearly communicate the value of our services including media monitoring, insights, media database & distribution forward planner and social. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated. Build strong trust‑based relationships with prospects that result in high conversion to opportunities. Keep a healthy, well‑managed pipeline in Salesforce. Support the sales team with high‑quality, sales‑ready opportunities. Who you are 2‑5 years of experience managing revenue growth through solution sales and new business development. Passion, self‑motivation, tenacity and financial drive. Ability to demonstrate a sound knowledge of the sales cycle and create a pipeline of profitable business – developing and understanding relevant metrics and conversion rates between pipeline stages to consistently meet and beat monthly, quarterly and annual booking targets. Good negotiation skills and ability to think on your feet. Hard‑working attitude, self‑starter and can‑do attitude. High level of interpersonal influencing and team working skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across functions. A good sense of humour and a positive attitude will aid you. What we can offer Competitive salary and benefits.
