The Work Advising on acquisitions, disposals, lettings and developments across major asset classes Supporting large-scale infrastructure and regeneration schemes across Scotland and the UK Acting for institutional investors, funds and financial institutions on high-value portfolios Advising on renewables and energy Real Estate projects, including wind, solar and wider green energy work Managing transactions from heads of terms through to completion, ensuring accuracy and commerciality throughout Working collaboratively with Planning, Construction and Corporate teams on cross-practice projects Mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, demonstrating leadership skills and contributing to team development Your Experience 3-6 years’ PQE with strong Real Estate experience Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build client trust A proactive, ambitious mindset with a genuine passion for Real Estate Confident working independently and collaboratively in a high-performing team Why This Role?
