We act for occupiers, developers, funders and professionals across different sectors. We also work with landlords and tenants within the institutional, telecoms, corporate, retail and public sectors.The wider Real Estate Team at DWF is highly regarded by the independent directories Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500 and is regarded by market commentators as one of the leading practices in the UK market in recent years.You will be joining a supportive team dedicated to excellent client service.The successful candidate will gain a varied and interesting commercial real estate experience with exposure to clients on a regular basis.This role will be based in our Edinburgh office with the option of our hybrid working arrangement.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate technical and commercial expertise to deliver results within required time frames.Provide the highest service level to external clients while understanding business needs/changes for internal clients.Utilise relevant commercial real estate experience and demonstrate confidence in client relationships.Exhibit strong drafting, presentation and client handling skills.What will help you succeed in this role?EssentialPrevious general commercial real estate experience.Demonstrated ability to manage your own caseload effectively.DesirableExperience working closely with Partners, Directors, Fee Earners and Business Support Teams.Proven ability to maintain a client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated and performance-driven, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal advice.What we offer?We are committed to ensuring that each member of our team feels valued and duly rewarded during their time at DWF.We are an equal opportunities employer that celebrates diversity, and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
