Building Safety Coordinator – Fire and Electrical Salary: £32,726 - £40,908 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent Location: Hybrid working between Crossways Business Park office, Dartford and home We’re currently looking for a Building Safety Coordinator to join our Building Safety team, particularly focusing on fire, electrical and service contracts. Responsibilities: Support the Senior Building Safety Coordinator and Building Safety Manager in delivering risk‑based programmes of servicing and remedial works relating to fire, electrical and service contracts. Liaise with contractors, consultants and customers to ensure properties are well maintained and compliant. Application Information: Deadline: 11pm on Monday 1 December 2025.
