Building Safety Coordinator Fire and Electrical Salary : 32726 - 40908 per annum (salary offered between this scale dependent on experience) Hours : 35 per week Monday to Friday Contract : Permanent Location : Hybrid working between our Crossways Business Park office Dartford and home We are currently looking for a Building Safety Coordinator to join our Building Safety team, focusing on fire, electrical and service contracts. As a Building Safety Coordinator you will support the Senior Building Safety Coordinator and Building Safety Manager to deliver risk-based programmes of servicing and remedial works relating to fire, electrical and service contracts. This is a pivotal role in our Building Safety team liaising with contractors, consultants and our customers to ensure that properties are well maintained and compliant.
