Our Restaurant Manager Role We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant, The Living Space and The Glasshouse. You’ll be friendly, hardworking and customer-focused, and have excellent time-keeping skills that enable you to prioritize under pressure, ensuring that our guests continue to enjoy our experience first-class, flawless service. Please note, this role is offered on a zero-hours contract basis. As our Restaurant Manager you’ll be: Responsible for the smooth running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant, Living Space and Glasshouse. Deputising for the Food and Beverage Manager (when required) Working with the Head Chef and Food and Beverage Manager to optimize all aspects of our food service. Assisting in the ongoing training, development and performance management of a large team. Approaching guest complaints, requests and enquiries, in a relaxed yet professional manner. Helping to create a safe environment for both staff and guests, whilst adhering to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures.
