**Role**: Restaurant & Bar Supervisor

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour + tips (depending on experience and to be discussed at interview)

**Hours**: Full-Time (40 hours), including weekends & bank holidays

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to join our vibrant team in providing a quality dining experience for our guests using the Eden Bar and Restaurant

**Who do we need?**
- A multi-skilled individual who has a minimum of x2 years previous Restaurant & Bar Management/Supervisor/Team Leader experience
- Someone who is confident in leading and motivating a team
- A person who has a good understanding of Health and Safety procedures, experience in writing Risk Assessments and COSHH Assessments is preferred
- Someone who is willing to undertake tasks in all areas of Food and Beverage, including preparing food, serving drinks, greeting and seating guests etc
- A person who can provide excellent customer service and has great written and verbal communication skills
- An individual who understands the importance of attention to detail in ensuring that our 5 star standard of service is always delivered
- Someone who is computer literate and has a good understanding of Microsoft systems
- A person with the ability to effectively interact with guests, the team and management in a professional manner
- A team player who can also work independently
- An individual who is well presented and represents a high standard of competence at all times
- Someone with access to transport and the willingness to work a range of shift patterns
