We host up to 27,000 fans for Bristol City and Bristol Bears matches, as well as concerts and major events. We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and confident people to support match days and events as Safety Stewards. You’ll help create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. This role is ideal for individuals who take pleasure in assisting others, remain composed in stressful situations, and thrive when working collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests and assist with directions and information. Check tickets and manage access to stands and facilities. Keep stairs, exits, and walkways clear and safe. Monitor crowd behaviour and report issues as needed. Follow emergency procedures when required. Complete all relevant training, including NVQ Level 2. Requirements: Good spoken and written English. Friendly and approachable manner. Calm, confident, and professional in busy environments. Punctual and reliable. Able to follow instructions. Physically able to stand or walk for long periods. Preferred (but not required): Customer service or hospitality experience. Previous stewarding or event experience. Flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
