You will also drive fundraising efforts, promote donation campaigns, and highlight success stories to encourage contributions.Additionally, the Social Media Manager can build partnerships with like-minded organisations, monitor the organisation’s impact through engagement metrics, and use feedback to adjust strategies, ensuring the charity’s work continues to benefit those it serves.What are we looking for?Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and video editing software.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing content.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).Experience with paid social media campaigns and budget management (preferred).Culture/ValuesPunctualityProfessionalismHonestyIntegrityThoroughConfidenceSolution focusedWhat will you be doing?As the Social Media Manager for Holistic Wellbeing Hub, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement our social media strategy.
