Part-Time Social Media Assistant – Independent Estate Agency (Croydon)

Location: Croydon, South London

Hours: Part-time (flexible, approx. 10–15 hours per week)

Are you a creative and organised social media enthusiast with a passion for property? We're an independent estate agency based in Croydon, and we're looking for a Part-Time Social Media Assistant to help grow our online presence and engage with our local community.

About the Role:

You'll work closely with the Director to manage and grow our social media channels, helping to build our brand and showcase our properties across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories highlighting our listings and local community.
  • Write clear, appealing captions with a consistent brand voice.
  • Respond to messages and comments in a timely, professional manner.
  • Track social media performance and suggest improvements.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and property marketing ideas.
  • Assist with basic content creation – photos, short videos, and Canva designs.

About You:

  • A creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
  • Confident using social media platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok).
  • Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for simple graphics and video editing.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional tone.
  • Interest in property, interior design, or local business is a plus.
  • Ideally based in or near Croydon.
