This is an exciting opportunity to support the MindMate Support Team. We are recruiting a Senior TEMHP Coordinator on a fixed‑term basis to cover maternity leave until November 2026. The role involves delivering high quality care to children, young people (CYP) and their families, providing clinical leadership, and contributing to service development and partnership working. Job Responsibilities Act as the point of contact for all trainee EMHPs, ensuring they understand low‑intensity CBT, university expectations, and service targets. Prioritise and manage case throughput, coordinating allocations and training needs. Maintain regular liaison with the university to support trainees’ completion of their course. Provide enhanced supervision and case formulation/group supervision as needed, and support clinical decision‑making for trainees. Escalate challenges or concerns to team managers and the service manager. Support the wider services leadership team in shaping service delivery. Qualifications and Experience Experience as an EMHP or in a similar clinical role with a focus on early intervention mental health. Strong knowledge of CBT and trainee supervision frameworks. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team. Benefits Generous annual leave. Access to NHS discount sites.
