Quality Manager Hertfordshire£45-£55,000 DOE We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Manager. This position plays a key role in leading our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and customer expectations. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives and support a culture of quality throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities as a Quality Manager Manage and report on the company's Quality Management System (QMS). Conduct internal audits in line with the company's audit schedule. Host external audits, customer visits, and accreditation inspections. Develop, revise, and maintain company procedures, policies, and documentation. Analyse and present quality data and performance metrics (KPIs). Prepare and distribute internal and customer quality reports. Oversee non-conformity investigations and CAPA processes. Coordinate and manage the company's training and competency programme. Qualifications/Experience as a Quality Manager Strong working knowledge of ISO9001. ISO 14001 knowledge and ISO 13485 Lead Auditor qualification desirable. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail with a hands‑on, methodical approach. Proven experience managing or supporting a QMS within a manufacturing or production environment. Sound understanding of ISO standards and continuous improvement principles.
