As Quality Manager, you’ll protect product integrity, own the QMS and lead the teams that keep everything safe, legal and customer-ready.You’ll take charge of internal audits, HACCP, external audit management and all site compliance activities, making sure hygiene, pest control and GMP never slip. You’ll oversee supplier performance, testing programmes, environmental monitoring and allergen controls, reacting quickly and decisively when issues arise.On the leadership front, you’ll guide QA, lab, hygiene and compliance teams, building capability and driving quality awareness across the site while acting as the key technical contact for customers and regulators.
