Based at Head Office in Leicestershire with a competitive salary and great benefits.About the RoleWe are looking for an eCommerce Product Marketing Manager to join our eCommerce team on a 12 Month FTC and be at the forefront of our UK growth. You will look after NEXT Home, bringing products to life on the next.co.uk website and championing the customer for your product division. You will work closely with teams across eCommerce, product and the wider business to drive marketing that is commercial and customer-focused.ResponsibilitiesLead marketing for your division, including Editorial Emails, Push Notifications and Homepage messaging.Own the marketing plan for your division, stay ahead of trends, and use sales and product insight to make commercial decisions.Collaborate with the paid marketing team to feature correct categories and products in paid advertising.Be responsive to trade weekly, amending relevant marketing and onsite exposure where necessary.Use reporting and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Contribute to the customer experience on site, monitoring shopping habits and highlighting key product trends on the website.Drive sales by applying product knowledge to develop ideas, tests and initiatives.Work with other product marketing leads to ensure consistent messaging for key campaign moments.About YouExperience in an eCommerce role, specifically Trading, Online Merchandising and Marketing.Strong trade knowledge and commerciality; comfortable with web metrics and turning data into actionable insights.Passion for product with a keen interest in homeware.Strong relationship-builder; able to work with stakeholders across the business.Good design sense and attention to detail; you are the gatekeeper of home marketing.Understanding of customers and targeting them effectively.Champion of testing and new idea generation; able to contribute development ideas.Team player, able to work within the Home trade team and the wider product marketing team.Understanding of key competitors and the home eCommerce landscape.About UsNext is a FTSE-100 retail company employing over 35,000 people across the UK and Ireland.
