They drive exciting product launches and campaigns to maximise sales and brand visibility.About The Role:As an eCommerce Trading Lead on Menswear you will be the Menswear product expert working closely with the other PDP team members to share knowledge and learnings. You will product optimisation and trading performance across the division. Partnering with the Trading Business Manager and Product Business Owner youll deliver on PDP and shopping bag goals lead key projects and bring fresh ideas to elevate the Menswear category. As the go-to expert for product page performance youll use data and insights to identify opportunities implement improvements and influence conversion.Collaborating with teams across eCommerce - data content and copy youll prioritise initiatives that deliver the most value and measurable impact. This is a dynamic role where your commercial mindset and product expertise will directly shape how Menswear performs and appears onlineWhat else is involvedDevelop and execute innovative strategies to drive growth for Menswear continuously aiming to enhance the customer experience.Optimise the online shopping funnel focusing on shopping bag and PDP performance including imagery descriptions sizing SEO and more.Analyse and present performance data regularly to senior management driving decision-making and continuous improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders in product marketing data content and UX teams to ensure seamless brand storytelling and customer experience across platforms.Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with customer demand and business objectives.Own and recommend improvements to website functionality and user experience keeping up with industry innovations and trends.Identify and implement new growth opportunities for Menswear including targeting new customers and refining marketing approaches.Champion optimisations for PDP content ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Build solid relationships across the business maintaining a strong partnership with our Buying and Merchandising teams.Deputise for your eCommerce Business Manager/Owner.Youll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office. So were big on making sure your work works for you which is why we offer flexible working with regular days in the office.About You:Proven experience within an eCommerce Trading / Online Merchandising role.Analytical and comfortable with large volumes of data.Organised thorough and excited by a challenge youll work well in a busy and fast moving environment.Good at prioritising workload to meet requirements and tight deadlines.Great attention to detail.Good communication skills & able to effectively work with members of both the immediate and wider team at varying levels.Highly motivated and hardworking with a professional attitude who is able to work under pressure in a faced paced environment.An interest in Menswear fashion is advantageous.Bring your energy.
