PARTNERSHIP SALES MANAGER Commercial | Full-time | London, England Location: London, United Kingdom (office-based, 5 days per week) with frequent travel to tournaments and events. Permanent | Full Time – 42.5h/week Position summary We’re pleased to announce that we are recruiting for a Partnerships Manager to join our Commercial Team in London as part of Premier Padel’s continued growth. This role will drive revenue growth by developing and delivering innovative sponsorship sales strategies, building relationships with international brands, and supporting Premier Padel’s global partner portfolio across tournaments and events. Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue for Premier Padel, the Qatar Airways Premier Padel Tour, and FIP international championships. We are seeking a motivated Partnership Sales Manager with a passion for sports and a proven track record in sports right sales. This role will be part of the Commercial Team based at our London office. Availability for out of hours work may be required during tournament weeks (Monday-Sunday). The successful candidate will be expected to travel to tournaments, on a rotation-basis with other team members, and support remotely when not travelling, as needed. Responsibilities Drive revenue growth across Premier Padel, the Qatar Airways Premier Padel Tour, and FIP international championships. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies, from proactive outreach and lead generation to preparing tailored proposals and presentations for prospective partners. Host potential partners at tournaments, providing exceptional experiences that highlight the value of partnerships. Report and track all sales opportunities to ensure alignment with the overall Premier Padel commercial strategy. Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director, as well as the Partnerships, Licensing, Operations, and Broadcast teams, and engage with local tournament promoters and the International Padel Federation (FIP). Create, adapt, and deliver compelling sales materials—including decks, proposals, and term sheets—using research and partner insights to support negotiations. Maintain flexibility to accommodate weekend work and irregular hours required by a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. Provide support to the Commercial Director across Premier Padel partners when required. Assist the Commercial Team with deal renewal planning and negotiations. Coordinate and lead sales status meetings as required. Liaise with external agencies on inbound opportunities. Requirements Essential Proven experience as a Sponsorship Sales Manager within an agency or rights holder, with a track record of working with international brands. Proficiency in developing sponsorship assets and programmes involving multiple partners across diverse categories. Highly proactive and collaborative team player. Strong ability to perform under pressure, embrace challenges, and manage partners to deliver projects on time and within budget. Solid commercial awareness and understanding of contractual matters. Advanced reporting and presentation skills. Experience in a sponsorship sales‑focused role with a record of delivering against KPIs. Skilled in building and maintaining strong working relationships, including with senior stakeholders internally and externally. Results‑driven with strong commercial acumen. Excellent planning, prioritisation, and time management skills. Fluent in English, with proficiency in one or more of Spanish, Italian, or French. Experience in commercial contracts, including rights negotiation and delivery. Desirable Experience within the international sports industry. Strong background in B2B sales. An established network of industry contacts that can be leveraged to generate new business opportunities. Benefits Competitive salary.
