Primary services include brand and social strategy, organic influencer campaigns, influencer-led paid social and social media management. Part of Captivate Group with sister agencies Seen Presents, Seen Studios and Stir. About The Role: Freelance mid-weight graphic designers are needed during busy times. The primary role is designing engaging, platform-native assets for social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other priority platforms. You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager on case studies, pitch decks, and visual materials for business development. Briefed by our in-house mid-weight designer, you’ll receive clear brand guidelines and example decks; we’re available to answer questions throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging, platform-native assets for social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other priority platforms. Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager on case studies, pitch decks, and visual business development materials. What We’re Looking For: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Express, Illustrator, After Effects) and Google Slides. Experience with motion graphics and video editing for social media. Experience designing clear and visually impactful decks. Experience creating dynamic product ads, video creatives, carousel ads, and display advertisements under guidance. Detail-oriented with strong quality control processes. Canva & Figma experience is a nice to have. Knowledge of social and influencer marketing is a bonus but not mandatory. The Interview Process: Shortlist: 30‑minute virtual call. Task: Relevant work task expected to take no more than an hour. Final decision after task review. Benefits: Salary reflective of experience and internal benchmarks. Hybrid working: fully remote or office-based. Core hours 10:00‑17:00 with flexibility to start 08:00‑10:00 and finish 17:00‑19:00. Snacks and drinks in office; free lunch on lunch and learns.
