About You In your role as a Clinical Lead at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. As a Clinical Lead, it will mean making sure the level of clinical care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.
