The ideal candidate will be a passionate individual with customer service experience, responsible for managing phone call and email requests, supporting employees, and logging information onto a database. The role requires the ability to deliver high levels of service, remain professional at all times, and ensure that Mitie's policies, processes, and procedures are followed. As a FM Coordinator, you will be tasked with managing the flow of requests to ensure a continuous and efficient service.ResponsibilitiesDaily responsibilities will include answering emails, phone calls, and walk-in queries while logging jobs, sending quotes to clients for approval, and informing engineers of their daily workloads.Producing reprographics and printing requests for training on site, as well as fulfilling the contract with our client and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.Being the first line of contact for the Mitie team, answering all calls and e-mails to the helpdesk efficiently, meeting the needs of customers and making full use of the available information and equipment.Ensuring timely input and output of all associated helpdesk data, and live monitoring of performance against SLAs.Working under pressure to meet deadlines while effectively managing workloads.Maintaining confidentiality across the site and respecting the needs of all stakeholders.Qualifications/SkillsStrong literacy and numeracy; proficient with Microsoft Office.Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.Good planning and organisational skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.Essential skills: computer skills, customer service, and Microsoft Office.RequirementsSecurity clearance and enhanced background checks: British citizen, EU citizen with settled status, or ILR; must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years with no significant footprint outside the UK other than holidays.Vetting checks include bankruptcy history, CCJs, social media activity, and criminal convictions.Must be eligible for CTC clearance; must hold a valid British passport or an EU passport with a share code; no criminal convictions and no ongoing police investigations.BenefitsLife insurance.33 days annual leave.Company pension; continued personal development with full support to enhance your career.Free Mitie shares; access to virtual GP 24/7; MiDeals discounts; additional benefits available to purchase.Flexible lifestyle benefits platform Choices; ability to purchase extra holidays; options for private medical cover and home technology.Mitie Stars recognition program with monthly prizes and a potential annual top prize.Additional informationWe are committed to an inclusive recruitment process.
