Sodexo is looking for a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Denison Barracks, Hermitage (RG18 9TP). In this customer-facing role, you’ll lead front-of-house operations across our bar and food outlets, ensuring a warm, professional experience for our Armed Forces personnel. What You’ll Do Lead by example—ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, to a high standard, and with a positive team atmosphere. Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards across all front-of-house areas. Work closely with catering management and chefs to keep service running smoothly. Promote strong health and safety practices—identifying and reporting any potential hazards. Conduct regular safety walks to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff. Hold weekly team huddles to communicate updates, goals, and successes. Support and guide your team through ongoing feedback, coaching, and encouragement. What You Bring Experience in a similar role, ideally with catering or food service knowledge and some supervisory experience. Hospitality background (bar, hotel, restaurant) is highly beneficial. Strong customer service and communication skills. Confidence in leading, motivating, and supporting a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond well to change. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
