**McCarthy Stone are recruiting a professional Care Supervisor to join our team at our prestigious William House development in Thatcham, Berkshire.**

**Hourly rate**:£15.48 per hour day rate** **and £12.65 sleeping night rate** **per hour. Plus receive an additional £1 for every hour worked between midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.**

**Hours**:25 per week (A mix of day shifts and sleeping night shifts and some weekend working)**

Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.

Our night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am

Our Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.

**About you**:

- You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
- Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
- Able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.
- Driven to continue to grow their skills and will want to lead by example and think on their feet.
- Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
