To support the significant growth and development of the organization, we are seeking the expertise and capability of an Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. What you’ll do at HammerTech The role has two key components. The first is to become a HammerTech expert so that assistance can be provided in many facets of implementation including configuration, project planning, training material creation, training delivery and ongoing implementation support. The second key component is to provide customer support to existing HammerTech customers. Secondary to implementation and support activities, the role will assist in the day‑to‑day business administration activities of HammerTech, tasks ranging from assisting in the upkeep of our online knowledge base to undertaking continuous improvement on HammerTech processes. Responsibilities Software configuration to meet the requirements outlined in the implementation concept design Assist in project work as directed Provide project management/stakeholder management of clients during the “implementation” phase Provide status reporting to both internal management and clients Generate training material and training schedules for clients Provide training to new and existing clients Assistance with general business administration i.e. updating of knowledge base Provide phone and email support to clients Provide technical assistance to clients as required Apply application expertise to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct problems Update support articles as required Become an expert in HammerTech applications Other duties as required from time to time Are you a good fit? Our ideal candidate will bring the following: 1 – 3 years working for a SaaS (software as a service) organization Being involved in the implementation and rollout of a SaaS based application Tertiary qualifications in IT or similar or equivalent commercial experience Experience in supporting the development and delivering of training programs Experience in business process improvement (desirable) Experience within or understanding of the building and construction or similar industry (preferred but not essential) Experience in undertaking any activities within the Quality, Health, Safety or Environment space (preferred but not essential) Experience in change management (preferable) And if you really want us to double back, you’ll have: Strong organization, planning and project management skills Outstanding customer service and communication skills Excellent written and verbal skills Attention to detail: work within the team to ensure documentation of processes is maintained to a high standard Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Capacity to build and foster strong stakeholder relationships Capacity to manage competing priorities and meet agreed targets and timelines Capacity to work effectively as part of a team Positive attitude and outgoing personality We recognize many of the skills we’ve developed over our careers are often transferable.
