A Software Implementation Consultant is required by our global software partner for a home based role with client site travel required. A salary of up to £65k basic is available dependent upon experience.

This is a remote role and if office attendance is required, then this will be either in Warrington or Reading.

Our client is the European leader in the development and implementation of field service real-time scheduling solutions covering a vast range of industries including; housing/facilities, engineering, technical services, healthcare, telco and utilities.

The Implementation Consultant will be an experience Senior who will work with customers to implement new solutions and ensure they achieve maximum benefit and training. This is a hands on role for someone with part project management, part customer liaison,part implementation specialist and part trainer.

The ideal person is used to wearing many hats and as such is comfortable working onsite to assess Microsoft infrastructure, identify requirements, consultant with clients as well as deliver projects remotely and technically. You must have experience in determiningthe scope of required solutions and must also offer skills in analysing data and identifying problem areas.

The Software Implementation Consultant will present overall solution designs and workshops to a technical and non-technical audience and deliver all consultancy work within budget.

**Required skills**:

- Competent with SQL and relational databases with a good knowledge of Web Services
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
- Proven business analysis and software implementation skills
- Experience working for either a vendor or a field service organisation.
- Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills
- Strong client facing experience and communications skills

Experience working in sectors that offer field service management for either scheduling, dispatch or mobile related solutions (Mobile Workforce Management) is a plus, but is not essential.

**Salary**:
Basic salary range from £55k basic to £65k basic plus onus and healthcare is available dependent upon your experience.

**Location: Manchester, North West**

Home based remote working.

Commute from: Warrington / Reading / London / UK Wide

**Travel expectation**:
You will travel once or twice a fortnight. No overnight stays. Availability for client Teams meetings on a daily basis as required.
