Working under the direction of the Head of Creative Studio - Video, to create materials for a wide range of National Theatre projects but primarily focused on working on production key art, moving image and campaign content. The Senior Producer will lead on Moving Image concepting and execution, originating new ideas and assets, the span of which is extremely broad, including large campaigns, small bespoke videos for the National Theatre and its social channels. This role helps set the benchmark for creative thinking and execution, inspiring the other members of the team and demonstrating best practice design skills. The role means having overall responsibility for the execution of video projects – originating ideas, pitching right through to final delivery. The role is for anyone who has a strong background in content production, enjoys and excels at being hands‑on, has a collaborative mindset and is confident to lead and direct people and projects. The position would suit a seasoned Producer ready to step‑up to a senior level, or a current Senior Producer looking for a chance to expand their creative opportunities.
