**The Role**

We are very excited to be looking for an experienced Executive Producer to lead our digital team through winning pitches, overseeing productions, growing and mentoring the team. We believe this is a great opportunity to join Territory, with this role being closely involved in a number of exciting new initiatives and plans.

As experts in imagining future interfaces and experiences, we collaborate with clients to define and visualise innovative tech concepts and build revolutionary products.

ROLE: Executive Producer

REPORTS TO: Head of Production / Head of Digital

LOCATION: London (Hybrid working - 3 days in studio / 2 days at home)

CONTRACT: Full-time (40 hours/ week)

The key responsibilities of this role will be:
**Pitching**
- Work with the Head of Digital, ECD and CD’s to pitch and win projects
- Experience using Google Slides for pitches strongly preferred (strong GIF game a big plus)
- Overseeing Productions
- Once pitches have been won, the project will be assigned to a producer
- The EP will stay involved as the senior point of contact to help with client communication, any escalations and to be a sounding board for the project team
- Responsible for ensuring the Territory level of quality is achieved

**Spearheading New Initiatives**
- Work closely with senior management to create new forms of revenue or new digital capabilities within the company
- Responsible for recommending and implementing systems and processes

**Business Development**
- Responsible for all bidding of new project work, working closely with the HoP and HoD to ensure we are competitive and can maintain and optimise margin to win projects
- Work with the senior team to speak with brands and agencies about Territory and our capabilities to create new business opportunities

**Mentoring Team**
- Work closely with the HoP and HoD to mentor more junior members of staff and train them in bidding, pitching and running projects

**Strategy & Growth**
- Work with HoP and HoD to define and drive our digital strategy for Territory Studio London
