An award-winning global experiential agency is seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Producer to establish and lead its EMEA production function.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing creative business at a pivotal stage, shaping its regional operations and delivering world-class brand experiences across multiple markets.

The Opportunity

The Executive Producer will be responsible for defining and leading the EMEA production blueprint - overseeing the delivery of high-value, high-impact experiential campaigns and live events for global clients.

Working closely with global leadership teams, this role will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and creative quality across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the EMEA production strategy, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional needs.

Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale activations, events, and multimedia experiences.

Build and lead a high-performing production team and network of freelance and vendor partners.

Partner with creative, strategy, and client teams to deliver innovative and commercially robust solutions.

Manage budgets, profitability, and resource planning, contributing to regional growth and P&L performance.

Act as a senior escalation point, resolving challenges with composure and pragmatism.

Candidate Profile

Significant experience in Executive Production or Head of Production roles within experiential agencies.

Proven experience managing multi-market, large-budget projects across EMEA.

Strong knowledge of live events, activations, installations, and integrated production.

Excellent financial management, negotiation, and vendor coordination skills.

Confident client leader with polished presentation and communication abilities.

Collaborative, calm under pressure, and driven by quality and innovation.
