**The Role**

We are looking for a process-obsessed, organisation-driven producer, who can communicate succinctly and effectively to our clients whilst leading our growing digital team with a calm, reassuring and friendly confidence.

**Role: Senior Producer**

**Reports to: Head of Digital/Executive Producer**

**Location: London (Hybrid working - 3 days in studio/2 days from home)**

**Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- New Business:_
- Work closely with the Head of Digital and EPs to bid, schedule, scope and new projects.
- Liasing with the resourcing team to outline crewing requirements, interview new freelancers and build up the digital database.
- Managing Projects:_
- Manage multiple projects: budgets, schedules, scope and deliveries in an efficient and organised manner.
- Manage project finances with a fine tooth comb and weekly report finances to the accounting team.
- The only constant is change - manage change requests with the team and client gracefully but firmly.
- Be able to work autonomously, handle internal issues and teams diplomatically and also escalate issues when needed.
- Pitching:_
- Work with the Digital leadership team to pitch and win projects.
- Experience using Google Slides for pitches strongly preferred (strong GIF game a big plus).
- Spearheading New Initiatives:_
- We strongly believe anyone can have great ideas, and so we encourage everyone in the team to recommend new systems, processes and other initiatives
- Mentoring Team:_
- As the Digital team grows, this role will be involved in mentoring more junior members of staff and teaching them to bid, pitch and run projects effectively
