We’re looking for a dedicated SEN Support Worker to join our team at a fantastic SEN school near Guildford, Surrey. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and well-being of students, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.
Position Details:
Location: Near Guildford, Surrey – transport provided
Role: SEN Support Worker
Hours: Full-time Monday - Thurs 08:30-16:00, Fri 08:30:15:45
Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour
Contract: Long-term / Temp-to-Perm
Company-provided transportation is available for this role
The Role - SEN Support Worker (Guildford, Surrey):
As a SEN Support Worker, you will:
Provide compassionate support to students with complex mental health needs, offering them a steady hand through challenging moments.
Work alongside our supportive school community to ensure safeguarding and care remain at the forefront of everything we do.
Offer emotional guidance and encouragement to help young people navigate their unique educational and personal journeys.
Assist students across various educational levels, celebrating their achievements and helping them reach their highest potential.

What We’re Looking For:
A caring, empathetic individual with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
Previous SEN experience is an advantage but not essential; your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are most important
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, flexible approach to supporting young people
