Position Details:
  • Location: Near Crawley, Surrey
  • Role: SEN Support Worker
  • Hours: Full-time Monday - Thurs 08:30-16:00, Fri 08:30:15:45
  • Salary: £ £14.50 per hour
  • Contract: Long-term / Temp-to-Perm
  • Driving license essential due to rural location

The Role - SEN Support Worker (Crawley, Surrey):

As a SEN Support Worker, you will:
  • Provide compassionate support to students with complex mental health needs, offering them a steady hand through challenging moments.
  • Work alongside our supportive school community to ensure safeguarding and care remain at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Offer emotional guidance and encouragement to help young people navigate their unique educational and personal journeys.
  • Assist students across various educational levels, celebrating their achievements and helping them reach their highest potential.
What We're Looking For:
  • A caring, empathetic individual with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
  • Previous SEN experience is an advantage but not essential; your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are most important
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive, flexible approach to supporting young people
  • Ability to commute reliably to Crawley, Surrey
  • A Full UK Driving Licence
