Structural Waterproofing Field Sales Representative UK, Midlands to Scotland including, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle and Scotland Rascor UK Ltd. is part of the RASCOR Group, a globally operating structural water‑proofing specialist. Apart from traditional remedial waterproofing solutions, the company also offers the preventive RASCOtank system – a unique, integral water‑proofing concept, well established in the market, which continues to strongly grow year by year. The Role Reporting to the Sales Director you will be required to conduct effective Prospecting, Sales Presentations and Specification Works to key Developers, Consultants, Architects and Engineers for projects and market segments related to company's product portfolio. The role is field based primarily in the Midlands to Scotland including, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle and Scotland regions of the UK and will involve travel within the UK. Key Responsibilities Identify key Developers, Architects, Consultants, Engineers for projects in the construction industry and market segments (Commercial, Industrial, Infrastructure, Residential) related to company product portfolio in both waterproofing and gas proofing. Plan and strategize for effective prospecting of new and existing clients based on sales targets. Role is primarily field based meeting potential clients. Conduct regular CPD’s to Architects, Consultants, Engineers, & Developers. Establish strong relationships, maintain regular visits with key specifiers and identify continuous leads. Work closely with the Sales Team to organise and participate in Product Workshops/ Seminars/ Roadshows where required. Being proactive in continuous learning of product information and technical detailing to provide technical solutions to Consultants, Architects, and Engineers. Resourceful in knowing market trends and upcoming key projects, and market intelligence. Utilise CRM and Prospecting tools such as Pipedrive and Glenigan on a regular basis and ensure information is up to date. Providing weekly sales activity tracking sheets. Structural waterproofing experience desirable – Ideally CSSW Qualified. Field sales experience in the construction industry is preferable. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Speak and write fluently in English – presentation and public speaking abilities in English. Ability to meet clients and represent the company in a professional manner. Results driven and ability to work as a team and independently. What We offer Competitive Basic Salary DOE. Company Car.
