Shape the future of global payroll operations. We’re looking for a Global Payroll Operations Manager to lead a team of payroll analysts and oversee end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries. In this role, you’ll provide leadership, ensure compliance, and contribute to global payroll initiatives—including automation, risk management, and process improvement.This role will work in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home.Key responsibilities include:Lead and manage payroll operations for multiple countries using ADP GlobalViewProvide day-to-day guidance to a team of Global Payroll AnalystsSupport internal and external audits, ensuring governance and complianceCollaborate with key stakeholders to streamline and improve central processesMaintain up-to-date payroll documentation in Confluence and enforce governance modelsContribute to global payroll initiatives including automation, internal controls, and data retentionManage vendor relationships, including ADP MyView portal administration, ticketing, and user access auditsOversee payroll-related purchase orders and invoicingSupport business continuity planning for the payroll functionAct as a proxy for the Global Payroll Transformation Manager and other Payroll Managers when neededWhat You’ll Bring:5+ years of multi-country payroll experienceExperience using ADP (GlobalView preferred) and/or SAP PayrollStrong knowledge of payroll governance, compliance, and best practicesExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with data tools such as Excel, Power BI, and automation platformsExperience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholdersLeadership experienceProject or performance management experience (desirable)Knowledge of time & attendance systems (e.g. Kronos) and ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow)Agile mindset and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and toolsYour benefits (Only Applicable for UK Based Roles):Generous bonuses and pension scheme: Up to 8% matched pension contribution plus 2% top-up by Sage.25 days of paid annual leave with the option to buy up to another 5 daysPaid 5 days yearly to volunteer through our Sage FoundationEnhanced parental leaveComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverageWork away scheme for up to 10 weeks a yearAccess to various helpful memberships for finances, health and wellbeingSage is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
