We are now expanding to help millions more drivers in the UK and Spain. To help fuel that growth, we need a Motor Claims Engineering Specialist to join our Claims UK team. In this role you will support the strong oversight of our Third‑Party Administrator and related suppliers to ensure that engineering services provided to our customers are completed to the levels of quality, cost, and compliance standards we would expect. You will also act as a key subject‑matter expert on technical engineering topics as we build out our proprietary Global Claims Platform. What You’ll Do Design, implement, and oversee a framework of advanced engineering oversight: establish a portfolio‑wide oversight of our TPA’s engineering activities and analyse claims‑level data in depth to improve engineering processes. Provide ongoing technical scrutiny over our TPA’s engineering activities: assess performance across Quality, Cost, and Compliance KPIs, conduct regular case audits, and provide secondary oversight checks for repair works. Act as a technical point of escalation for complex and high‑value claims related to engineering topics. Serve as an engineering subject‑matter expert to the Platform team, providing expertise on engineering‑specific areas as we build new features into the Global Claims Platform. What We’re Looking For Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior technical and/or claims auditing function within motor insurance claims, especially engineering oversight. Experience providing advanced oversight of Repair Networks. Experience with high‑value or complex repairs or total loss settlements. Must have experience with Audatex and Glassmatix estimating systems. Comfortable working in a growing/scale‑up business environment. Nice‑to‑have Relevant professional qualifications, such as from the Institute of Automotive Engineering Assessors (IAEA) or equivalent.
